Having visited Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, several times, my first impression of Hanoi was that it felt much more humane and lived-in. While Ho Chi Minh City was a much cleaner and more upscale travel destination, Hanoi felt like a more approachable place where I could experience the true nature of the Vietnamese people.

My teenage son's top 3 restaurants in Hanoi
1. PHO Thin
Located in Hanoi's Koreatown, My Dinh, Pha Dinh is among the many Korean restaurants, but it is still 이 동네의 대표식당으로 자리잡았고 주변 로컬들에게도 맛집으로 유명한 곳입니다. 미딩이라서 한국인들도 정말 많이 이용한답니다.

필자가 주문한 음식은 퍼딘의 스페셜 쌀국수입니다. 가격은 149.000동이고 공기밥 1그릇이 포함된 가격입니다.
This is a typical northern Vietnamese rice noodle dish, with only green onions on a clear broth, without the usual host, cilantro, or other vegetables that you might think of.
그리고 큰 뼈가 한 개씩 올라가는데, 우리나라 왕갈비탕에서나 볼 수 있는 듯한 고기가 많이 붙은 뼈가 인상적이었습니다. 맛은 정말 갈비탕처럼 깔끔하고 잘 우러난 고기 국물이라 입맛 까다로운 아들에게도 잘 맞았습니다.
(Tips :구글지도에 사장님이 직접 댓글 단 거 보니까, 설겆이부터 사용되는 모든 물을 정수기로 사용한다네요. 그리고 베트남 식당 같지 않게 수저 살균도 하고요. 한국인들이 많이 방문하다보니 위생에 신경을 많이 쓰는 듯 합니다.)
2. Quán Nem
Gwannem is 분짜와 스프링롤 단 2가지 요리만 주문이 가능한 분짜 전문 음식점입니다. CNN에 소개된 적이 있을 정도로 잘 알려진 유명한 식당no see.
Since they cook as soon as an order comes in, you usually have to wait about 20 minutes after ordering, so we recommend making a reservation in advance.

While regular bun cha is served with meat in a sweet and sour sauce, guan nem is served on a hot grill, so you can enjoy the meat warm and deliciously until the last bite.
And since there is a hot brazier, those visiting with children should be careful.

3. Quán Ăn Ngon
Quan An Ngon is one of the most popular restaurants among tourists visiting Hanoi. It boasts a large dining area and a splendid interior.It is a place where you can enjoy a variety of Vietnamese home-cooked meals.
However, the bun cha and banh xeo I ordered weren't quite up to my expectations. (This may be because I've only eaten at delicious restaurants while traveling around Vietnam.)
However, the rice noodles and seafood fried rice I had here were a bit special. I recommend ordering the basic menu instead of the various other options.

The rice noodles were, as expected from the northern Vietnamese style, very clean and refreshing. It wasn't particularly spicy or salty, so you could add chili peppers or seasonings to suit your taste.
The best restaurant would be one that brings out the flavor of the soup alone, right? The rice noodles have a clean taste that I have never tasted anywhere in Ho Chi Minh.이었습니다. (로컬들도 좋아하는 유명 맛집 인정👍)
Honest Reviews of Hanoi's Top 3 Restaurants
While traveling around Hanoi, I visited a wide variety of restaurants, including the Korean tteokbokki brand "Dukki" and Fastfoods.
Nevertheless, the reason these three restaurants we ate at in Hanoi remain the most memorable for us isn't just because of their taste, but also because of their atmosphere. Honestly, I'm confident these three restaurants would be a perfect fit for any Korean.
