2024, ENFP Dad in his 40shas decided. All things Koreanand with family Going on a world trip without any plan The realistic preparation process! From buying a home to packing and visa issuance, Great memoriesThis whole process will be Most honestly I'm writing this down for you who just want to leave. Running Guide!

D-day, April 2024

Our family of three consists of extremely strong ENFPs. As ENFPs, we're all more accustomed to experimenting and adjusting processes than to making concrete plans.

For us, who find spontaneous change more appealing than a planned schedule, April 2024. “I’m leaving for the world the year my son graduates from elementary school!”Nothing is prepared except the plan.

Character composition of three families

1. Dad (mid-40s, unplanned, laid-back, and unprepared)

An idealistic father running towards his mid-40s. He needs to travel the world with limited funds, so he needs to hurry up and I hope to make money through YouTube or blogging. It is in progress.

To do that, I absolutely need time, so I'm going to go to the cheapest place (Southeast Asia?) and spend as little money as possible, hoping that YouTube or a blog can cover at least some of the travel expenses.

  • English proficiency under
  • sense of reality under
  • There is no solution No plan

2. Mom

When my dad suggested we pack up everything in Korea and go on a long world trip, I was one of the few special moms in the world who could say "yes." Because my dad had absolutely no sense of finance or money. I tend to go home because my mom is there.

Because I know that my mom will have to take care of all the financial matters when I travel. Most actively collecting information related to world travelIn the process of doing it.

  • English proficiency is low (I insist it is intermediate)
  • Reality sense
  • The most realistic of the three, but ultimately, ENFP

3. Son

He has shown remarkable empathy from a young age, to the point where he would cry while watching dramas, but he is also very mischievous. He has studied jiu-jitsu for three years and believes he can beat his father, who has only three months of experience.

Even though I clearly told him what kind of environment I would be in after graduating from elementary school, I'm just so happy to be going on a trip. Whenever asked where he wants to go, he always answers “Spain” and is currently studying Spanish on his own.

  • English skills (obviously better than my dad)
  • Reality
  • I can't bear to look at the state of my desk (=mental state)

Record of the World Travel Process 1/365

Long after I'd packed everything up and decided to travel the world, today I went to Kyobo Bookstore for the first time and bought a world map.

Now that I've narrowed down my list of destinations, I'm ready to begin my studies and preparations in earnest. It might seem like a small thing, but with only seven months left until my world tour, it's a decision that's already well underway.

Anyway, I'm standing at the starting point of my world tour. It feels strange. As expected of a strong P-type person, I've lived my life without much thought, but now I'm finally feeling a surge of fear, worry, and excitement all at once. It's while I'm buying books.

Even so, I was plagued by worries like, "Will my son be okay?" "Will he end up living a life of waste?" "Will he fall far behind others?".

Among the numerous world maps, “Plan your world trip with a world map“I chose the book "The World Traveler." I hope this book will serve as a starting point for sketching the bigger picture of our world travel adventure.

It's funny and sad that I'm only just now thinking about these things, but I'm starting to get excited again at the thought that by this time next year, our family will be on a dot on the world map.

There are dozens, hundreds of phrases that describe ENFP personality traits, but there is one line that really resonates with me, and that is:,

“I don't care what you do for a living.

What are you pursuing? Do what your heart tells you to dosecond

I just wonder if you think you can do it.”

Today, our family took that huge step. Let's be content with that and resolve to be grateful and never regret what our hearts tell us to do!
