1. Strait Garden Suite Jelutong Georgetown Basic Information

2. Information about Georgetown, Penang
Penang is a small island in northern Malaysia. The reason why this island became famous is This is because Georgetown is a UNESCO World Heritage site and has preserved its old history very well.
Therefore, travelers should consider this when choosing accommodations, as it will be more economical and efficient to stay near Georgetown, which offers most of the attractions and activities.

The thing I regret most about staying in Penang was the distance. As someone who primarily visited Georgetown from Penang, I always had to spend a lot of time getting around.
It may have been possible because we stayed for a long time, For short-term travelers, it is best to consider staying as close to Georgetown as possible.

3. Tour the Strait Garden Suite Jelutong
The first and second floors are occupied by shops, with a passageway off to the side. Upon entering, security guards stationed at a desk control access. Access is controlled by swiping an access card to open the door.

When you take the elevator and arrive at your floor, each room has a double iron door as shown below. The card key is used to open the elevator and the first floor door, and to enter the house, you must open the double door with the key.

It has one room, one bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and other basic amenities. I hardly saw any Koreans here, and since Malaysia has a high percentage of Chinese people, there was a particularly high proportion of Chinese people in the Penang accommodations.

Since this building was built quite a while ago, the bedding and furniture were not in the best condition, but my family had a comfortable stay during their 12-day stay here, and the shower water pressure and hot water were good.

- Convenience facilities
Amenities are concentrated on the 8th floor, including a swimming pool, table tennis room, and gym, for the convenience of guests.
The first floor features a Korean restaurant (not recommended), a Japanese restaurant (relatively good value), and a 7-Eleven convenience store, making it convenient for purchasing necessities. (There's a KFC and Domino's Pizza across the street.)

4. Episode about cockroaches
Malaysia has a lot of large cockroaches. Every accommodation has comments about cockroaches, and Koreans can be particularly sensitive to them. I asked the manager on my first day of check-in, but he assured me there were absolutely no cockroaches.
But on the 10th day, at dawn, I found a large cockroach scurrying around the living room, making a rustling sound in the middle of the room, and I fought it and won.
They said that a guy that big didn't live inside, but flew in from outside, and that it came down because they were cleaning upstairs, but anyway, I was surprised.

5. Attach actual Airbnb receipt for 13 nights and 14 days
Many people will probably immediately dismiss the cockroach story. However, cockroaches are a common occurrence in Malaysian accommodations, so if you don't overthink it, this accommodation is not particularly inconvenient.
Now, I'm attaching the actual receipts for our stay. I hope this information will be of some help to those of you planning your trip.
