  • In the case of a young person's household whose income is assessed as being below the median income of 100%
    • The income assessment amount is the remainder after deducting the income/business income deduction from earned income, business income, property income, and public transfer income.
  • If the youth household meets all of the following criteria regarding general assets and assets such as automobiles:
    • The amount calculated by subtracting debt from the total property value (KRW 380 million or less) and the value of general property and automobiles (however, only debt for the purpose of securing a deposit for purchasing or renting a house is recognized)

Details of the special temporary youth monthly rent support grant

For young people who are paying monthly rent, the actual rent paid will be divided and supported for up to 12 months, up to a maximum of 2.4 million won (up to 200,000 won per month).

1) Even if the period of receipt is not continuous during the vacation period, support will be provided for 12 months within the payment period.

2) Support is provided within the range of the actual monthly rent paid, excluding rental deposits, management fees, etc.

3) Only the amount after deducting the monthly rent (including the separate payment amount for youth housing benefits) from the housing benefit amount is supported.
