보통의 경우, 1차 때 고용센터에 출석하면 취업희망카드를 지급하고 그곳 맨 앞페이지에 기록되어 있지만, 본인이 확인을 못했을 경우 다음과 같은 방법으로 확인이 가능합니다.

공통사항

1차는 집체교육을 이수하여 출석해야만하며, 4차는 의무출석해야 합니다. 중간점검 같은 거죠. 그리고 같은 날 재취업활동은 1건만 인정되니까, 반드시 확인하세요.

1. 일반수급자(소정 급여일수가 180일 이하인 사람)

대부분 6회차(6달=180일)를 수급받게 됩니다. 1차는 고용센터 출석으로 치기 때문에 보통 2차부터 6차까지 수급이 가능합니다.

단, 2차부터 4차 실업인정일까지는 한달동안 1회만 구직활동을 하면 인정되어 실업급여가 나옵니다. 그런데 2차부터 4차까지는 구직활동class 구직 외 활동 선택이 가능합니다.

  • 구직활동
    • 입사지원, 면접, 채용박람회 참여, 알선 응모 등
  • 구직 외 활동
    • 취업특강 수강, 직업훈련 이수, 자격시험 응시 등

5차부터 수급 만료일(마지막 차)까지는 4주 동안 구직활동 2회인데 구직활동을 1회 이상 반드시 포함해야만 인정되어 실업급여를 받을 수 있습니다.

2. 반복수급자 (이직일 기준 직전 5년간 3회 이상 수급한 사람)

1차는 고용센터 출석으로 대체되고 2차부터 3차 실업인정일까지는 4주 1회, 4차부터 7차까지는 4주동안 2회의 구직활동을 해야합니다.

4. 만 60세 이상 (이직일 기준) 및 장애인

마찬가지로 1차는 집체교육 이수, 4차는 의무 출석을 해야하며 전체 실업인정 기간동안 4주에 1회의 구직활동을 해야만 실업급여가 지급이 됩니다. 단, 2차부터는 자원봉사 등 넓게 인정이 가능합니다.

실업급여를 받기 위한 확인

위에도 언급했던 것처럼 모두 구직활동(입사지원, 면접, 채용박람회 참여, 알선 응모 등)으로만 매번 채우면 오히려 실업급여를 받기가 더 쉽습니다.

하지만, 매주 입사지원이나, 면접을 보는 것이 번거롭기 때문에 일반적으로 많은 분들이 구직 외 활동을 많이 선택해서 활용합니다.
