정독도서관
늦은 여름, 이제 슬슬 시원한 바람이 불어오는 날에 가볼만한 곳입니다. 많은 분들이 삼청동, 인사동은 잘 아시지만 이곳에는 그냥 스쳐지나가시는 분이 많은데요. 바로 종로구 삼청동에 위치한 정독도서관입니다.
정독도서관은 매우 역사가 깊은 곳입니다. 정독도서관은 1938년, 서울 경기 고등학교의 본관으로 건축된 건물입니다. 그런데 서울 경기 고등학교가 1976년 강남으로 이전하면서 이후에는 이 도서관을 서울시 교육청 정독도서관으로 사용하고 있습니다.
정독도서관은 시민들이 책을 읽을 수 있도록 만들어 놓은 공간이지만, 안쪽 공간이 아니더라도 도서관 앞 공간을 시민들이 쉬기 좋게 조성해 놓은 곳으로 바쁜 도심 속에서 한적한 벤치에 앉아서 바람을 쐐기 좋은 공간입니다. 3호선 안국역에서 출발하면 걸어서 10분 내외면 도착할 수 있습니다.
또한 삼청공원을 찾으시는 분들이 빼놓을 수 없는 곳이 바로 삼청숲속도서관입니다. 삼청공원 내에 위치한 이곳은 삼청공원의 자연과 매우 잘 어울리는 공간으로 나만의 숲속 비밀 공간 같은 곳입니다.

미국 최대 일간지 뉴욕 타임즈에 ‘사람 중심의 혁신’이라는 제목으로 실릴만큼 아름다운 곳, 아직은 많은 사람들이 찾지 않는 곳, 비가 오는 날, 눈이 내리는 날, 가을에 나뭇잎이 질 때 이곳에서 책을 읽어 보신 분이라면 절대 잊지 못할 환상적인 기억을 남기게 되실 것입니다.

I wonder how scared the tenants must have been when the walls and ceiling were this wet.

If the first photo you sent was just a partial, sandy appearance, this photo clearly shows traces of brown rust that has already run down every corner of the wall and soaked through to the floor.
If it was the photo above, I might have been able to dismiss it as being due to the heavy rain, but looking at the second photo, I could definitely see that something had burst and was flowing down.

The upper floor is being inspected as the condition is serious.
After receiving the photos above and realizing the seriousness of the situation, I called the owner of the house upstairs.
Fortunately, they conducted a water leak test on the upper floor of our house without any objections, and if there was a leak, they said they would compensate for the damage to the lower floor.
When I dug up the floor to inspect the condition of the upper house, I found that there was water accumulated on the floor, as shown in the photo on the right above.
Fortunately, the tenant, although very worried, had no health problems, and the landlord of the upstairs apartment sympathized with the situation and actively helped with compensation for the damage, so things are proceeding smoothly.
However, as the expert who came to do the leak test said, it may only be a temporary measure because it is an old building and there are more than one or two places where it could burst, so it cannot be repaired before the problem occurs.
Buying an older villa can be a nerve-wracking undertaking. If you're considering buying one, I urge you to exercise extreme caution.

저같은 경우 구글지도가 좋아서 구글이 제공하는 지도를 사용하고 있지만 혹시 카카오맵을 넣기 원하시는 분은 카카오맵으로 지도 삽입하는 방법도 함께 설명 드리겠습니다.
워낙 HTML을 멀리하는 네이버라 그런지는 모르겠지만 네이버지도는 HTML 공유버튼이 없네요. 일단 두 가지 방법을 진행하도록 하겠습니다.
1. 구글지도 삽입하기
여러분이 지도를 넣기 원하시는 부분에 ‘지도’라고 입력해 넣으세요. 그리고 구글 지도를 검색해서 자신이 찾고 싶은 위치를 입력합니다. 예를 들어, 저는 더숲초소책방을 검색했습니다.

그 부분을 선택하면 링크 보내기와 / 지도 퍼가기 중 하나를 선택할 수 있는 부분이 나오는데 지도 퍼가기를 선택하시면 아래와 같이 HTML 복사 버튼이 나옵니다.
지도를 넣으시고자 하는 구글블로그나 워드프레스에서 html 모드로 변경합니다.
그리고 아까 지도를 넣고자 하는 곳에 ‘지도’라고 입력하셨으니까 지도를 검색하셔서 지도를 지우시고 복사한 html 링크를 그 자리에 복사해 넣으시면 됩니다.
2. 카카오맵 삽입하기
마찬가지로 지도를 삽입하기 원하는 부분에 ‘지도’를 넣으시고 카카오맵을 실행시켜 ‘더숲초소책방’을 검색해 보았습니다.
검색된 더숲초소책방의 박스 밑에 공유하는 버튼을 누르시면 URL 복사and HTML 태그 복사 두 가지가 뜹니다. 그 중에서 HTML 태그 복사를 눌러 줍니다.

아래 왼쪽 이미지에 지도가 보여질 크기를 직접 입력하여 설정할 수도 있고 장소지정 아이콘을 바꿀 수 있는 옵션도 있습니다. 그리고 아래 소스 생성하기 버튼을 누르면 아래 오른쪽 이미지의 화면으로 넘어 갑니다.
카카오맵은 더 친절하게 다양한 선택을 할 수 있다.
일반지도와 이미지지도 두 가지 버전을 선택하실 수 있습니다.
여러분이 생각하는 지도를 넣고 싶다면 일반지도를 선택하시면 되고 이미지 지도는 지도를 변경할 수 없고 사진 캡쳐처럼 지도가 삽입되는 것이라고 생각하시면 됩니다.

What is the Earned Income Tax Credit?
